We ship to the United States and Canada:
- Shipping Partners: US orders are shipped via USPS; Canadian orders via Canada Post.
- Shipping Costs:
- US Standard (3–5 business days)
- US Express (1–2 business days)
- Canada Standard (4–7 business days)
- Canada Express (2–3 business days)
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Remote Areas: Shipping to remote regions (e.g., northern Canadian territories, US territories) may take 1–2 extra business days and may incur additional fees.
- Customs & Duties (Canada): For orders shipped to Canada, your shipment may be assessed import duties, taxes, and handling fees by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the local delivery carrier. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery, if applicable. We do not control these charges and cannot predict the exact amount in advance.
- Missing/Delayed Orders: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your tracking number. We’ll investigate and assist with claims for lost or delayed shipments.
