Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our jackets and short-sleeve tees. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’ve outlined our refund and return policy below to ensure a transparent and hassle-free process for customers in the United States and Canada.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, all jackets and short-sleeve tees must meet the following criteria:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact (e.g., jacket hangtags, tee size stickers).
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery (as confirmed by your shipping tracking number).
  • Products must be in their original condition—no stains, odors, alterations, or signs of use (e.g., stretched fabric, broken zippers from misuse, or faded prints on tees).
  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page) are non-returnable and non-refundable, including clearance or promotional jackets/tees.

2. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return for jackets or short-sleeve tees:
  1. Contact our customer support team via email [email protected] or phone 904-938-2311 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Eastern Time)
     to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please include your order number, and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in a shipping box (preferably the original packaging) with the RA Number clearly printed on the outside. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip for reference.
  3. Ship the return package to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see Section 4 for details).
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the tracking number—we are not liable for lost or misdirected return packages.

3. Refund Rules & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned jacket/tee (typically 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will verify eligibility.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s) only, minus any applicable restocking fees (see Section 5).
  • Original shipping costs (for standard or express delivery) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong size shipped, defective product).
  • Canadian Customs Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed at the time of delivery by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier are non-refundable. These charges are imposed by the Canadian government and are not collected or retained by our brand, so they are not included in any refund. Refunds will not include reimbursement for any such duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Exchange requests: We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind or sizing preferences. If the size or style you ordered does not work for you, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. If we sent the wrong size or incorrect item, please see Section 4; we can arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your jacket or short-sleeve tee arrives:
  • Defective (e.g., faulty stitching, broken zippers, torn fabric, or printing errors on tees)
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect (wrong size, style, or color)
Please contact our support team within 30-day with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping, and you may choose between a full refund, replacement (if in stock), or store credit.

5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 10% of the item’s purchase price will apply in the following cases:
  • Items returned without a valid RA Number.
  • In limited cases where we, at our discretion, agree to accept a return request outside of the standard 30-day window, a restocking fee of 10% of the item's purchase price may apply.
  • Items with missing tags, damaged packaging, or signs of minor use (assessed at our discretion).

6. Exceptions

  • Personalized or custom-made jackets/tees are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.
  • Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., machine-washing a dry-clean-only jacket, using harsh detergents on tees) are not eligible for returns.
